If you'd like to talk to a coach, let us know. Don't forget. a coach won't tell you what to do, or give opinions. A coach is not a teacher, guidance counsellor, HR person or manager. He or she will listen, ask questions and give you the space to work out your priorities. It's also about you committing to actions that will create the result you want.
If you've not worked with a professional coach, we at the Cafe offer a free 20-minute starter session.
We are fully qualified coaches and have worked with individuals and groups across several countries, including business associations, universities, charities, schools and government departments.
